When do mountain dairies and Alpine huts open and close?
Depend on weather conditions, in summer they are usually open from middle of June till middle/end of September.
In winter, only those close to the ski runs, and they stay open as long as lift facilities run.

Do exist wellness centres open to the public?

At what time do shops open and close?
Usually the opening hours are 8.30 am – 12 am, 3,30 pm – 7 pm from Monday to Saturday. Closed on Thursdays and Sundays. Some supermarkets are open all day.
What is the altitude of the Fiemme Valley ?
The valley’s altitude is about 1000 m. The 13 tourist resorts are situated between 853 m and 1373 m.
How do I book my holidays?

Which one is the closest train station?
The closest one is at Ora. There are direct bus lines from Bolzano and Trento
What does it mean “MP”, “PC”, “pensione ¾”, “ B&B” ?
MP = half board (breakfast and dinner)
PC= full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Pension ¾ = breakfast, snack, dinner
B&B = only breakfast
How do I reach Fiemme Valley?
We are located only 24 km from the motor way exit Egna/Ora; the closest train station is Ora 24 km, the closest airport is in Bolzano 42 km.
Connection by coaches with all major Italian cities.
Is there a public bus service in Fiemme Valley?
Yes, there are daily connections with all valley’s tourist resorts; during the summer shuttle busses free of charge run from Predazzo to Bellamonte and into the National Park Paneveggio. In winter ski busses free of charge runs daily to all villages and to the ski resorts.
Can I get in one tourist office all information and brochures of the valley or do I have to call every single tourist office?
You need just to call one of the 13 tourist offices for your required information. For bookings please contact our booking centre, for all accommodation in the valley.
Are there public swimming pools in Val di Fiemme?
Yes, one in Cavalese and one in Predazzo.
Is there a medical service for tourists in the Valley?
Yes, in summer as well as in winter a tourist doctor is available on certain days and hours in every village
Is there a hospital in the valley?
Yes, at Cavalese
Is there a youth hostel in the valley?
No, not yet!
