Palmareamico: a PDA palmtop pal to guide you along the trail.

This wonderful and easy-to-use piece of technology can show you scenery, animals, plants, minerals as well as memorising your route.

Head off into the woods with a pocket-size guide that reveals nature's secrets. The ‘Sentieri Vivi’ PDA is available to accompany you along the Valle di Fiemme's most spectacular trails.

Once you've selected a route which suits you in terms of distance and degree of difficulty, you can follow it on the PDA's screen, which also warns you whenever you wander off the path.
A gentle voice murmurs the names of the peaks and species of animals, the flowers and trees you meet along the way, together with historical and geological information.

from the Predazzo and Cavalese Tourist Offices at a charge of €15 per day.

You choose your route before setting out using the ‘BASEPOINT’ desktop facility which allows you to preview the outing with dynamic 3D visualisation complete with items of interest along the way. On your return, the BASEPOINT will print out a souvenir postcard including photos, and technical and personal details. Kids can also have a great time with this wonderful gadget, which will help them to identify rock rampions or other natural delights. Younger walkers will especially enjoy the walk to the Forte Dossaccio in the Paneveggio - Pale di San Martino Natural Park.

BASEPOINT: a powerful desktop IT tool connected via internet to the ‘Sentieri Vivi’ server allowing you to choose your favourite route on the basis of natural beauty, length and degree of difficulty. It also offers full information on local towns, sights and on your hotel.

PALMAREAMICO: a PDA or SMARTPHONE with GPS which memorises and shows the route for your chosen outing, giving details of items of interest along the way automatically when prompted by the GPS signal. The route is also memorised for the souvenir card.
