Classical music from the heart of Europe
This group of string players - violins, viola and cello – bring the great classics to Italy from Hungary, where this quartet was formed in 2009, quickly attracting international attention with tours throughout Europe and even on the other side the world, in Australia. Barnabás Kelemen, Katalin Kokas, Gabor Homoki and Laszlo Fenyö, who have won over the juries of the Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition and the Premio Borciani, and others besides, offer a programme to stir the hearts of all audiences with Schubert, Haydn and Beethoven.
LOCATION: Val di Fiemme, Lagorai mountain chain, Laghetti di Bombasèl. The mountain little glacial lakes can be reached by walking along ancient military mule tracks created by young soldiers during the First World War. Lagorai is the largest mountain group of the western Trentino. It's the silence accompanying you in these wild lands, where the eagles fly. At a short distance, your eyes will see the magnificient heritage of the Dolomites.
How to get there: from Cavalese take the Alpe Cermis cable cars then the Lagorai chairlift to Paion, then continue on foot 1 hr, vertical ascent 280 metres, difficulty E.
