Tradition and taste
On September it is partytime in Predazzo for the return of the cattle and their shepards from the summer alpine patures.
Before the parade along Predazzo’s town centre, the cattle get adorned around their horns with flowers, needle-and hazelnut branches. From very far you can hear them arriving with the ringing of their most beautiful and precious bells on the nack and their lowing.
