Nordic combined and ski jumping
4-5 February 2012 NC and SJ World Cup
During this weekend there are going to take places four World Cup races, two of Nordic combined with Team Sprint and individual, and two important races of Ski Jumping Men on the highest hill, HS 134.
The event will be an anticipation of the Nordic World Ski Championships which will take place in Val di Fiemme in February 2013 and during this occasion the two new stadiums will be tested. That is to say the Cross Country Stadium of Lago di Tesero and the Ski Jumping Stadium in Predazzo, currently both going under major renovations.
There will be several events organized to celebrate these races with fans and local people:
- Abba Tribute Band: Friday Feb 3rd at 9.30 pm tribute concert to the famous Swedish pop band
- Winterfest: Friday and Saturday Feb 3rd-4th at the Sporting Center a big party with music and dances until late at night
- Fiemme Arena: Saturday Feb 4th from 2.30 pm at the Ski Jumping Stadium in Predazzo entertainment for everybody with games, shows and much fun
- South Nordic Festival: Saturday Feb 4th from 6.30 pm in Predazzo music, tastings of typical products and local entertainment in the town centre
- Fan Club Parade: Saturday Feb 4th from 6.30 pm in Predazzo the fan clubs of great champions will parade around town
