Get fit in nature

Come to Val di Fiemme! Regain fitness in an oasis of well-being, encircled by the mountains of Lagorai, Latemar and Pale di San Martino.

Set in the heart of Trentino Dolomites, Val di Fiemme is covered by large forests of red spruce and delimited by two nature parks: PANEVEGGIO and MONTE CORNO. The footprints traced out in the snow by deers, roe bucks and foxes across the woods lie side by side with the tiny holes left by nordic walking sticks and the typical snow-shoe oval marks. Fiemme is the ideal destination for hikers and nature lovers, including snow-walking enthusiasts – the healthy walking discipline in the snow which burns calories while having fun – and those who feel a romantic nostalgia for snow-shoes and sealskins. Particularly charming are the “under the moon” night snow-shoe excursions or sledge runs from the mountain huts or down the lit-up slope in Obereggen.
A cradle for cross-country skiing, Val di Fiemme features 80 km of tracks surrounded by nature at the Passo Lavazé CENTRE and the champions’ tracks at the Lago di Tesero CENTRE, which in 2013 will host the Nordic Ski World Championship for the third time.
