While the APT Val di Fiemme Booking Centre handles over 100 hotels and bed and breakfasts, it has selected seven hotels in particular that offer the most suitable services for the M.I.C.E. market

Over the years, the booking centre has gathered the experience necessary to offer valuable consulting services and logistical support for meetings, conventions and incentive events.
The centre also organises hostess and simultaneous translation services as well as providing supplementary technical material.
An internal travel agency is also available for booking transfers, flights and rail tickets on behalf of businesses

Facilities for MEETINGS, CONFERENCES AND CONGRESSES:

• CAVALESE PALACONGRESSI
  The Palacongressi in Cavalese is a modern facility with an 800 seat auditorium (960 m²), three meeting halls for an additional 400 persons, a 310 m² exposition area and a 220 m² lobby. The centre also has a press room (300 telephones), ten translators’ booths, a refreshment area and a bar as well as audiovisual equipment and a secretarial office
• DOMUS CONSILIORUM
  The historic Domus Consiliorum building in Cavalese has three rooms with a maximum seated capacity of 60 persons. This remarkable setting offers basic projection equipment, banqueting services, an amplification system, a hostess service and interpreting services.
• BELLAMONTE FUNCTION CENTRE
  The Bellamonte function centre features one multifunctional hall for exhibitions on the first floor, one congress hall with a capacity of 100 seats (equipped with video projection and PA system) and a bar service on the ground floor.
