- The price includes: 7 days rent, heating, bed, bath and kitchen linen, electric power, one parking lot in garage.
- The optional CLUB CARD - 25 Euro per Person (3-15 years 10 Euro) and per week includes the following services: entrance at Residence Kristall wellness centre (200 mt) with Swimming-pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym entrance, excursions with Hotel Ancora's staff in July and August.
- Arrivals from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Your staying ends at 10 a.m. of departure day.
- Pets: allowed on request: 50 Euro
- Deposit: at arrival guests are asked to pay the remaining amount of the rent and leave a deposit of 100 Euro, which will be given back at departure time if the apartment shows no damage.

- Special second week: 10% discount on the 2nd week.
