5-6 January 2013 Mass Start and Final Climb
Val di Fiemme is enthusiastic about Tour de Ski and sees it as the most prestigious event scheduled on the world cross-country ski calendar.
From Oberhof, Germany , through Münstertal, Dobbiaco and Cortina, then TdS will arrive in the Trentino region and its last stage will be held along the amazing Final Climb on Alpe Cermis, more than 3.5 km long with a difference in altitude of 420m and an average gradient of 12% (highest 28%).
Two days with great competitive races beginning with the classic technique mass start (10 km ladies and 20 km men), followed by the free technique Final Climb (9 km, pursuit for both ladies and men) which will start from the renewed Cross-country Ski Stadium of Lago di Tesero and will reach then the intermediate station of Alpe Cermis ski resort.

After the successful last year edition, the “Rampa con i Campioni” will take place again this year. It is the event dedicated to fans and athletes who will have the chance to try the Alpe Cermis Final Climb just a few minutes before the World Cup champions.
There will be several events organized to celebrate these races with fans and local people
