During this event the local artisans present antique crafts and popular and mountain songs. It will also be possible to taste the typical products of Trentino region and traditional dishes cooked by the volunteers of Predazzo.
This festival is always successful thanks to music played by bands, choirs and musicians.
It's the occasion to try the famous cheeses of Val di Fiemme like:
- cheese
- speck and sausages
- roasted potatoes and "formaggio Puzzone"
- barley soup
- meat carpaccio
- honey
- apple meat
- "ambleti" (omelette) served with cranberry sauce
