We recommend this route to reach the Fiemme and Fassa cycle path from the village of Cavalese.
Very panoramic route, leading to discover the tunnel built for the railway that connected Ora to Predazzo and the hamlet of Cavazzal with its characteristic houses.

From the center of Cavalese, head towards the main entrance of the Parco della Pieve and take via Bresadola. The road, first paved and then unpaved, was the old route of the Val di Fiemme railway. Continuing downhill, you pass through a tunnel after which you can admire a beautiful view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Continue downhill along Via Gastaldo to an intersection where you turn right, reaching the hamlet of Cavazzal. Following the paved road, you reach the underpass that allows you to safely cross the valley floor road. After crossing the bridge and reaching the football field, you find the cycle path: to the right it leads to the Cavalese Waterfall and then to Molina di Fiemme, to the left towards Predazzo and the Val di Fassa.
