Dancing in the Mountains in winter is the first winter contemporary dance festival in Val di Fiemme. Debates, walks, screenings, performances, and shows celebrate the mountains and winter sports by artistically reinterpreting them to tell captivating stories and bring to light a shared memory related to living in the mountain territory between the past, present, and future.
Campsirago Residenza
WANDERING ALONG ANCIENT PATHS, idea and direction by Michele Losi, produced by Campsirago Residenza, co-produced by Laagam, Pluraldanza
250 km, 12 consecutive days of walking: Wandering Along Ancient Paths is a major performative action in which artists and the public walk the distance that separates Cortina and Milan, from December 5 to 16, 2025, passing through Val di Fiemme - two months before the start of the 2026 Olympics. Through theatrical and dance performances, readings, community dinners, meetings, and debates, the journey constructs a narrative of the mountains based on sustainability, the protagonism of alpine and pre-alpine territories, and the persistence of those who choose to live and work at high altitudes.
