Every Wednesday tastes of milk
Cheese, butter and fresh milk. On Wednesdays, taste the flavours of mountain and try the “Mountain Dairies” experience, walking through the green meadows of Val di Fiemme.
While children are having fun in the mountain dairy among cows, donkeys, hens, goose and goats, parents learn how our ancestors used to work the fresh milk and prepare cheese. Tasting the wholesome products of the malgaro (the owner of a malga, a mountain dairy), you can discover secrets and ancient recipes. Families can live the precious occasion of experiencing both rhythms and flavours of the mountain life.
The excursions “Mountain Dairies” will lead you to Malga Sadole (near Ziano di Fiemme) and they are included in the Fiemme Guest Card.
