Azienda Agricola Fiordalisa

The Azienda Agricola Fiordalisa is located in Rover di Capriana at an altitude of 800 m not far from the Avisio river, in a land scattered with dry-stone walls and characterised by a century-old history. While walking among the houses in the woods, the only sounds that you can hear are the gurgle of the nearby river and the twitter of birds. Medicinal plants are cultivated on the farm and used for the creation of herbal teas, syrups, aromatic salts and cosmetics. In addition to that, old varieties of vegetables are grown and visitors can choose and buy them directly from the fields. The land is cultivated in an eco- friendly manner and by using water carefully, employing natural methods of farming and protecting biodiversity.
