Birra di Fiemme Farm & Brewery

Birra di Fiemme is a craft beer made from uncontaminated water and other local ingredients which make its taste so distinctive. After having discovered the secrets of German and South Tyrolean master brewers, Stefano Gilmozzi has managed to create an unpasteurised beer which is free of preservatives and stabilisers, so that every sip tastes of nature and tradition. We have decided to serve a simple menu that includes cold cuts and cheese dishes, sandwiches, afternoon snacks and homemade cakes. Besides our different types of beer, you can also enjoy some wine, juices, syrups, herbal teas and hot chocolate. All the products we offer are carefully selected and purchased from local farms.

Guided tours and tastings are available for small groups (maximum 8 people) on request on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5 pm and 6 pm. To make a reservation, please call 331 9241567.
