Capanna Passo Valles
For over 70 years, Capanna Passo Valles has been serving typical dishes with a refined cuisine including cheese, mushrooms and local game. The entire restaurant, decorated with an alpine style, is furnished with wood and, besides the main dining room with its wide windows, a nice cozy tavern in the basement is available upon reservation. During the summer, have a seat in the nice terrace sheltered by the wind and enjoy the traditional flavors coming from this mountain area. After lunch, relax in the many tables next to the bar, for a homemade piece of cake or sipping one of the special grappas personally prepared by Angelo Cemin using local herbs picked in the summer. During the cold winter days, treat yourself with a delicious hot chocolate.
The mountain hut is open from Mid-June to the end of October and from December to the end of April.
