Maso dello Speck
Today as in the past, Tito is synonymous with speck, a local smoked ham. The production takes place on their family-run farm on the Ganzaie plateau, near the village of Daiano at an altitude of 1300 m. Old recipes and considerable expertise are the key factors behind Tito’s success. They guarantee quality and excellence in all their products thanks to the use of selected raw materials and the close attention paid to every stage of production.
