This type of apartment is completely renovated: living-dining area with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Those located on the ground floor have direct access to the common garden, instead those on the floors have private balconies with valley view. All apartments have LCD TV, telephone, safe, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, pots, pans and glasses, microwave, moka, kitchen cleaning kit (detergent, sponge and dishcloth), bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.
