Walk in the picturesque village of Piazzo, nestled among the hills and characterized by a timeless atmosphere.
During the walk, the guide will lead participants to discover the history of the village and the viticulture that has characterized the area for centuries. The path continues to the castle, now reduced to ruins but still rich in charm and memory. Here, the past will come alive through an engaging narrative interweaving historical facts and local legends. In particular, the legend of Picena will be told, a mythical figure linked to the origin of the vine in the region, made even more evocative by the tradition that depicts her in a work attributed to Albrecht Dürer.
Afterwards, participants will move to the nearby winery "Barone a Prato" for an authentic food and wine experience. After a brief explanation, during which the practices of wine production and aging will be illustrated, the winery's flagship labels will be tasted, accompanied by a platter of typical local products.
