THE 10 RULES FOR HIKERS
Please note that the practicability of the itineraries in a mountain environment is strictly linked to the contingent conditions and is therefore influenced by natural phenomena, environmental changes and weather conditions. For this reason, the information contained in this page may have changed. Before leaving for a tour, make sure the path you will approach is still accessible by contacting the owner of the mountain hut, the alpine guides or the visitor centres of the nature parks, the info offices of the local tourist board.
Latemar’s rocks and fossils tell the tale of a tropical sea and large volcanoes in the area that is now the Dolomites.
If you want to travel back in time to 250 million years ago, take the Dolomite Geological Trail from Passo Feudo.
The easiest part of this route arrives at Passo di Tresca, along trail no. 515. This hike, which is suitable for children, takes an hour and a half, and is dotted with display boards.
But what will make you a proper young researcher is the kit and booklet (€ 6,00) you will be given at Gardoné, making your hike a fascinating adventure with tests, quizzes and games.
If you manage to complete the mission, you will receive a small prize at the end.

Not suggested for strollers, we suggest you to do it with a baby carrier.
