The apartments may not be occupied by a number of people which is higher than the number of the assigned beds. Prices include: The rent, final cleaning (except for the kitchenette), bed and bath linen, hot – water expenses, heating expenses, the electricity bill, a reserved parking space in the garden, TV – Sat, Wi – Fi, the use of the deckchairs and the warehouse for your bikes. Your pets are welcome guests. We request an extra charge of €20/week. No reimbursement for postponed arrivals or advance departures. Guarantee: when you arrive at Villa Prafiorì, we ask you to pay a deposit of €200 per apartment. At the end of your holiday we will give you the sum back, after having controlled the flat.
The tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel (for guests over 14) for a maximum of 10 nights and it will be added to your reservation bill. The amount will depend on the accommodation’s category: 4* and 4*S hotels € 2,50 – 3* and 3*S hotels € 2,00 – other accommodations € 1,50 – private apartments € 1,00. “Vallevviva forever” fee: € 0,50.
