The gradients are never steep, the roads and trails are well maintained, the possibility of refreshments at Malga Monte Corno, and the two lakes, Lago Bianco and Lago Nero, encountered along the route make it a complete route both from a tourist and athletic perspective.

Predominantly unpaved route that leads to the discovery of the Monte Corno natural park. The gradients are never steep, the roads and trails are well maintained, the possibility of refreshments at Malga Monte Corno, and the two lakes, Lago Bianco and Lago Nero, encountered along the route make it a complete route both from a tourist and athletic perspective. From the village of Grauno, near the church, you climb about 200 m on cobblestone towards Fontana d'Ao, then take a flat unpaved road from loc. Preda da l'Ao, following the old road of the Val di Cembra, leading towards Capriana. The road then becomes a nice rideable path until it widens again at loc. Pian dal Mas, from where you continue with a gentle climb to the settlement of Capriana. After the village, having passed a short paved section towards Anterivo, you start climbing again, passing near a quarry on a nice forest road that is never too steep. The route continues until you spot the settlement of Anterivo, where, near a fountain made from a tree trunk, you take the road on the left towards Passo della Cisa (signposts), briefly crossing the Val Gausa. Upon reaching the Passo della Cisa, follow the signs to Malga Monte Corno and continue left on a nice forest road until you reach near the malga, which offers refreshments in summer. From here, after crossing a fence, you climb about 200 m and when the road levels out, follow the signs for Lago Nero, visible from the road near a natural park totem. Continue now towards Lago Bianco, now with swamp characteristics, until you reach it. From Lago Bianco, continue along the forest road where about 700 meters after a wide hairpin bend you take the path towards Cauria, reaching a junction where several paths start. Following the signs to Grauno, take a path towards Pradi Larghi, from where the descent through Val San Martin begins, alternating sections of unpaved roads and cobblestones, returning to the settlement of Grauno.
From Trento, it is possible to reach Grauno with the Trentino Trasporti line buses B102.
Coming from the A22 Brennero highway, from both south and north, exit at Trento Nord (distance from the exit 22.5 km), take the S.S. 12 del Brennero heading north until the Lavis junction, then transfer to SP 131 Lavis - Castello di Fiemme, which leads to Grauno.
