The regenerating indoor swimming pool of Predazzo is surrounded by nature. Here you can swim looking out from the big windows facing the mountains. During the summer you can sunbathe in the lawn next to the pool, where there is also a café with a terrace. The pool has got 5 lanes, 25 x 10 meters, and it is well-known by pro-swimmers, international triathletes, winter-sport champions and by the swimmers and pent-athletes of the National team Fiamme Oro.
The swimming pool, from 1.20 m to 1.8 m deep, makes you want to get back in shape and join their swimming, aqua-aerobics and aqua-training classes. Really appreciated are the small training pool, the relaxing hot tub and the shop.
The Gym at the swimming pool is well equipped: not only with weightlifting tools, but also with the new training system TRX Suspension Trainer. Perform hundreds of exercises using just gravity and your own body weight! The gym organizes different trainings for spinning, step, stretching, Zumba and total body workouts.
