Nestled in the beautiful Sadole valley, the mountain hut Rifugio Baita Monte Cauriol is located at an altitude of 1,600 metres, surrounded by the wild nature of the Lagorai mountain chain.
The road that leads to the hut is closed to vehicular traffic in winter, when it can only be reached on foot in about two hours with snowshoes or crampons either by taking the forest road or the path with the indication "strada vecia de Sadole".
We offer typical Trentino dishes such as sauerkraut, beans, polenta with melted cheese, stew, lucanica and delicious homemade desserts.
The hut is open on weekends (from Friday to Sunday) for lunch and dinner. The Rifugio also counts on 20 beds. A reservation is required.
