Description

Rifugio Mayrl Alm is located in the heart of the Latemar Dolomites ski resort in Obereggen

In 1984 Karl Eisath, owner of the Gerberhof, renovated the Mayrl Alm into a cozy mountain hut. Eisath managed the cabin with great effort, so much so that within a few years it became a refuge much appreciated by guests of the Obereggen ski area.

Today the reins have passed into the hands of his son Mark who runs the cabin with the same passion inherited from his father. Since the renovation that took place in 2000, the Mayrl Alm welcomes its guests on the large terrace kissed by the sun, in the inviting self-service area overlooking the kitchen, in the cozy restaurant, in the bar and in the après ski bar.

In the winter months, the Mayrl Alm can only be reached by skiers (slopes 6 and 6a) and hikers.
