Nasze mieszkanie znajduje się w Villaggio Veronza (widok na dolinę) na wysokości 1150 m, w Carano (gmina Ville di Fiemme), 5 km od Cavalese. Przystanek transportu publicznego znajduje się w odległości 20 metrów, dworzec kolejowy Egna/Ora 20 km, a lotnisko w Weronie 130 km.
Mieszkanie składa się z kuchni i salonu z rozkładaną sofą i dwoma fotelami, łazienki z kabiną prysznicową i pralką (bez zmywarki), sypialni dwuosobowej, sypialni trzyosobowej z łóżkiem piętrowym i łóżkiem pojedynczym.
Jest również wyposażony w prywatne miejsce parkingowe z przyległym zadaszonym dostępem do klatki schodowej, co pozwala wygodnie rozładować bagaż na sucho i, korzystając z wózków dostępnych na piętrach, przetransportować go windą.
Linen kit and towels are excluded and can be requested at a cost of €20 per person per week.
Tourist tax is € 1 per day up to a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 14 do not pay
The balance of the overnight rate (minus the €80 fee) + the tourist tax + €20 (for each linen kit rented for one person, for one week) + €50 (any small dog surcharge) must be paid in one lump sum via online payment using the SumUp link that will be emailed to you following your reservation or via bank transfer. Only €80 will remain to be paid in cash at the property upon arrival, plus a mandatory security deposit of €200 that will be returned upon departure after an inspection of the apartment.
Check-in on arrival must be done between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, and check-out on departure must be done by 10:00 am.
There is an extra charge of 50€ for small dogs.
It is appreciated that the kitchen sink is left clean and the rubbish bins emptied.
The tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel (for guests over 14) for a maximum of 10 nights and it will be added to your reservation bill. 4* and 4*S hotels € 2,50 – 3* and 3*S hotels € 2,00 – other accommodations € 1,50 – private apartments € 1,00.
