Our apartment is located inside Villaggio Veronza (valley view) at 1150 m, in the village of Carano (Ville di Fiemme municipality), 5 km from Cavalese. The public transportation stop is 20 meters away, the Egna/Ora train station 20 km, and the Verona airport 130 km.
The apartment consists of kitchen and living room with sofa bed and two armchairs, bathroom with shower stall and washing machine (no dishwasher), double bedroom, triple bedroom with bunk bed and single bed.
It is also equipped with a private parking space with adjacent covered access to the stairwell that allows you to conveniently unload luggage dry and, using the trolleys available on the floors, transport it via the elevator.
Linen kit and towels are excluded and can be requested at a cost of €20 per person per week.
Tourist tax is € 1 per day up to a maximum of 10 days. Children under the age of 14 do not pay
The balance of the overnight rate (minus the €80 fee) + the tourist tax + €20 (for each linen kit rented for one person, for one week) + €50 (any small dog surcharge) must be paid in one lump sum via online payment using the SumUp link that will be emailed to you following your reservation or via bank transfer. Only €80 will remain to be paid in cash at the property upon arrival, plus a mandatory security deposit of €200 that will be returned upon departure after an inspection of the apartment.
Check-in on arrival must be done between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, and check-out on departure must be done by 10:00 am.
There is an extra charge of 50€ for small dogs.
It is appreciated that the kitchen sink is left clean and the rubbish bins emptied.
The tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel (for guests over 14) for a maximum of 10 nights and it will be added to your reservation bill. 4* and 4*S hotels € 2,50 – 3* and 3*S hotels € 2,00 – other accommodations € 1,50 – private apartments € 1,00.
