Day organized for young people, between 18 and 40 years old, where insights and tools are presented to overcome the challenges that life presents. "The culture of limits and mistakes" will be the guiding theme of the evening, featuring mental coach Ilenia Defrancesco, a doctor in applied cognitive behavioral psychology, as the speaker. After the meeting, enriched by games and interactive challenges, an aperitif will follow in the setting of the Biolago di Predazzo.
