The first day of BodyFEST begins with two events:
Conscious Body, from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. - conscious movement, dynamic workshop, and somatic practices inspired by dance;
I Move Therefore I Am, from 6.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. - getting to know oneself through movement, play, and relation.
Participation is by voluntary donation.
