The Contemporary Art Museum of Cavalese invites the public to a double event dedicated to contemporary art and dialogue with the community: the presentation of the work There is so much we can learn from the sun by Marinella Senatore, which officially joins the Museum's permanent collection, and the unveiling of the new banners displayed in Piazzetta Rizzoli.
Created from the participatory workshop conducted by Marinella Senatore last October with the citizens of Cavalese within the framework of the exhibition There is so much we can learn from the sun, the namesake work represents a concrete testimony of the bond between art, territory, and collective participation.
During the same event, three new banners displayed in Piazzetta Rizzoli created by Fitime Sulejmani, a 1990-born artist originally from Macedonia and living for many years in Val di Fiemme, will also be presented. Fitime Sulejmani inaugurates the new cycle of exhibitions dedicated to artist banners with a pictorial research characterized by strong gestural, chromatic, and spatial qualities.
Her work gives shape to a free and immersive language that recalls the informal without ever rigidly defining itself as such: Sulejmani's art transcends every physical and mental dimension, transforming the banners of Piazzetta Rizzoli into a container that is simultaneously magical, autobiographical, and collective.
