“Mushrooms and mushrooming: between environmental resource and collective heritage” is the title given to the afternoon of talks that will revolve around the theme of mushrooming, understood not only as the right to gather mushrooms, but above all as an expression of the historical bond between communities and their forest heritage.
The program includes at 2 p.m., in the Immaculate Church of Carbonare, the Memorial Mass for Pietro Nervi and Paolo Grossi, among the leading experts in collective domains, who have contributed to the protection of mountain communities and the dissemination of reflection on the subject, even outside the academic environment.
The conference will start at 3 p.m.
Following will be interventions from experts invited to reflect on the theme of mushrooming as a natural resource, local identity, and heritage protection.
Participation in the event is open and free. In the event of rain, the cultural meeting will take place at the Piazzale delle Feste in Anterivo (locality Ebnerrast). The Mass at 2 p.m. in Carbonare remains confirmed.
