Exploring the historic center of Daiano.
Daiano is one of the smallest villages in the Val di Fiemme, but it also boasts the most hours of sunshine.
In the village stands out the onion-shaped bell tower of the Gothic church of San Tommaso, built in 1761. From the oldest houses, sacred frescoes can be seen. The buildings possess typical architectural features of the valley, such as the fountains made from monoliths that adorn the streets, or the “Romana” house, also known as the “Castle,” which is also Gothic in style and imposing, or even the wooden houses, which have a very austere and rustic appearance.
The route, lasting about an hour and a half, starts from the square in front of the municipality of Ville di Fiemme and takes place even in case of bad weather.
