Our experience will start from the Maso Poli farm, a natural balcony overlooking the Rotaliana plain along the picturesque Strada del Vino, where the connection between land and vine can be felt in every breath. 

Saddled on e-Bikes, we will immerse ourselves in a scenic tour of the surroundings of Lavis, climbing the slopes that surround the property to embrace the beauty of Trentino effortlessly, thanks to the assisted pedaling that makes the ride smooth and enjoyable for everyone. 

Pedaling among the high hillside rows and nature-immersed trails, we will have the opportunity to closely observe the territory that gives rise to excellent wines, before returning to the Maso for the more intimate and historical part of the day. 

Here you can learn about the history of the Togn family and the vision that guides Maso Poli, visiting the cellar to discover the journey of the grape from vine to glass, in a path that unveils the secrets of winemaking and aging. 

As a crowning achievement of this immersion in taste, we will experience a moment of pure conviviality with a guided tasting of three wines from the cellar, chosen to convey the elegance and freshness of our terroir, accompanied by an abundant platter of local cured meats and cheeses that enhance the gastronomic excellences of the territory in a perfect union of flavors and traditions.  

Clothing notes for the e-Bike tour:

• 99€ per person complete package (tour and tasting + e-Bike and helmet rental)

• If the minimum number is not reached, the fees of those who have already made the payment will be refunded. 
• In case of bad weather, if the tour is canceled, the fees will be refunded; if the tour is to commence, NO refunds will be given to those who do not show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time.
• If the excursion is postponed, we invite those who are unable to attend to contact the organizer to receive a refund of the fee

Gemme di gusto is a collection of experiences, a varied bouquet of aromas, colors, and flavors that narrate the gastronomic delights of Trentino through a return to nature.

A succession of outdoor initiatives between vineyards, olive groves, woods, and blooming meadows.
Walks among the rows of vines or strawberries, guided treks with the nose "up" enriched by delightful tastings of wines and foods of excellence.
Proposals to be experienced for the day or, for the more passionate, over a weekend along the territory of the Strada del Vino and the Flavors of Trentino, from Vallagarina to the Rotaliana Plain, from the Cembra Valley to Lake Garda, from the Rendena Valley to Valsugana, from the Chiese Valley to the Valle dei Laghi, without forgetting Trento, of course.
