The sunny toboggan run runs under the modern Telemix lift. Among the classic chairlifts transporting skiers, the lift also has enclosed cabins to comfortably bring toboggan enthusiasts back to the starting point.
After a few "warm-up" runs on the Absam run, you will be ready to speed down the long "Obereggen" run, which starts from Malga Epircher Laner.
Safety guidelines
For children/youths up to 18 years old, wearing a helmet is mandatory.
Use of a protective helmet is however recommended for everyone.

Directions
The toboggan run "Absam" starts from Malga Epircher Laner and descends for 750 m to Rifugio Absam. The modern Telemix lift quickly brings you back to the starting point.

How to get there
From Predazzo, reach Tesero and then take the road leading to Passo Lavazè. From Cavalese, go up towards Varena and continue to Passo di Lavazè. From the pass, descend to Novale/Rauth and then turn right to reach the Obereggen ski area.
During the day, you can reach Obereggen directly on skis, starting from either Predazzo or Pampeago.
