The toughest route out of the 5 rings, it connects Cavalese to the villages of Molina and Castello di Fiemme.
From the centre of Cavalese, ride down towards the valley floor and reach the waterfall area. From the waterfall of Cavalese follow the cycle route of the Dolomites, accompanied by the water sound of the Avisio river. A little bridge lets you reach the village of Molina di Fiemme, then take the road leading to the church. Continue on the left to the hamlet of Predaia and from there ride on a narrow cobblestone road until you get to the meadows in Castello di Fiemme. Cycle through town and its lovely centre, admiring the beautiful church on the top of a hill. Keep riding towards Cavalese, first among meadows, then on the narrow streets of the oldest part of town.
In Castello di Fiemme stop at Doss Zelòr, an interesting archaeological site of the Roman empire.
