INTERLIBRARY COMPETITION "MORE THAN BOOKS! SMART VIDEOMAKING"
The Station/destination culture in collaboration with Harpo Lab and the Biblio - SBT Trentino Library System proposes a smart videomaking course in the library structured in 2 meetings for kids aged approximately 13 to 20 years.
37 libraries from all over Trentino are participating in the competition.
More Than Books! is an experiential and creative workshop designed to offer young people a space for exploration, expression, and experimentation through audiovisual language.
The project aims to enhance the perspective of young people and promote media and audiovisual literacy while strengthening the bond between youth, libraries, and books.
There will be two meetings: Thursday, October 9 from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM and Thursday, October 16 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
At the end, participants will submit their video, which will be evaluated by a panel of experts. The best videos will be awarded!
A total of €800 will be awarded in shopping vouchers at a store for audiovisual production materials as prizes:
• First place (€300)
• Second place (€200)
• Third place (€100)
• Special originality award (€200)
