Dowdeswell, a phenomenal trumpeter who collaborates with the biggest names in international pop-rock, will be the special guest of a concert evening with the prestigious South Tyrolean formation Brass Band Bozen Überetsch. This band, active since 2008, won the title of European champion in 2023 and 2025 in the Challenge Section.
On stage, over thirty brass and percussion instruments will take the spotlight, with only one trumpet in front of them: that of Dowdeswell, one of the most highly regarded trumpeters in the world.
The program features pieces from the brass band repertoire, music from Disney films, and works by Paul Simon and Maynard Ferguson, conducted by maestro Johann Finatzer.
