The third edition of Enovitis Extrême will see the vineyards of Cembra Cantina di Montagna brought to life with field trials and live demonstrations of machines and equipment for heroic viticulture, with over 50 brands already registered for the event.
Following the excellent results of the 19th edition of Enovitis in campo, which this past June 18 and 19 attracted 6,000 specialized operators for the first time to Abruzzo, with participants from all over Central and Southern Italy and abroad, the touring event organized by Unione Italiana Vini is now stopping in Trentino to focus on the use of operating machines and equipment intended for use in challenging topographical conditions, with steep slopes and limited maneuvering spaces. On display will be tractors, mini-crawlers, transporters, tool carriers, and implements designed almost custom-made by companies often artisanal and specialized in this technological niche.
Entry is free on Tuesday, July 8, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Enovitis extrême 2025 is organized in partnership with Cervim (Research Center, Studies, Safeguarding, Coordination, and Enhancement for Mountain Viticulture), Cia Trentino, Confagricoltura del Trentino, the Autonomous Province of Trento, Coldiretti Trentino Alto Adige, and the Trentino Wine Consortium, a protective body representing 90% of producers and grape growers in the area.
