The proceeds will go to the associations and social cooperatives of Val di Fiemme: Anffas, social workshop; Cooperativa Sociale Oltre. The raw materials for the preparation were donated by suppliers operating in Val di Fiemme, and the labor was provided free of charge by the Fiemme chefs group.
