The Museum of Contemporary Art in Cavalese adheres to the XXII Day of Contemporary Art with "Mendacia mirabilia," a special meeting with the artist Jacopo Dimastrogiovanni. The meeting will be a preview of the solo exhibition "Festina lente," hosted at the museum from December 5, 2026, to April 4, 2027.
In line with this edition of the Day of Contemporary Art - Geographies of Contemporaneity - the appointment offers the public a reflection, both intimate and at the same time universal, on the geographies of the imaginary: not territories defined by physical borders, but places constructed through stories, memories, relationships, and suggestions that a work of art is capable of activating. A reflection on a present in constant change, in which territories, identities, and communities are redefined through continuous relationships and exchanges.
