Il sentiero botanico naturalistico - Curiosi tutto l'anno

The route starts from the small village of Grauno and reaches Capriana, in the Fiemme Valley. 

The itinerary crosses mixed forests of pine and chestnut and offers interesting panoramic views of the valley.

This period also sees the beginning of the foliage: that moment when the woods are painted in warm shades, from yellow to brown. A spectacular phenomenon that symbolizes the perpetual cycle of growth and rest in nature.

Once we arrive in Capriana, after a refreshing break, we will return to Grauno following the SAT 481 trail that climbs up to the Forest Refuge Fontana D’Ao.

Accompanying us on this walk will be AMM Stefano Marchi. 

Organizational information:

• Meeting point Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 09:45 at the former Town Hall of Grauno
• Parking available at the meeting point, at the top of Via Pontara on the left or here
• The route has a length of about 12 km and an elevation gain of about 300 meters.
• The return is expected around 5:30 p.m.
• Participation is free.
• We remind you that lunch will be packed.
• We recommend bringing plenty of water.
• We suggest wearing suitable clothing for walking in the mountains, trekking shoes, poles, and a rain jacket.
• Reservation required by Friday, October 16, 2026, or until places are full by filling out this form.
• We are happy to welcome four-legged friends during our trails, but we ask to notify us in advance to inform all participants.
• Anyone who wishes to share a car with others can indicate this at the time of booking. The more we can reduce our environmental impact... the better!
