La desmontegada de le grise

The Pro Loco of Valfloriana and its Carnival, in collaboration with Malga Sass, invite you to the celebration for the return of the cows from the alpine pasture.
Description

Below is the program for the day:

  • From 11.00 a.m. aperitif of the malgar at Bait del Manz, waiting for the arrival of the cows.
  • Following that, typical lunch in company
  • From 2.00 p.m. arrival of the cows dressed for the celebration

The day continues at Bait dal Manz with music from Die Lustige Fleimstaler, fortaie, and cheese-making demonstration.
