Living today in Val di Fiemme means confronting an increasingly central issue for the future of the community: the availability of housing for residents and workers, the accessibility of rents, the needs of those who live here and those who choose the valley to work and build their life project.
The evening of wednesday, september 30 at 8.30 p.m., in Cavalese, in Sala Frasnelli is designed to present the new collaboration agreement between Fondazione FiemmePER and Fondazione Trentino Abitare, initiated to network skills, tools, and projects on the theme of living in Val di Fiemme.
During the meeting, insights developed by FiemmePER on housing issues will also be shared, with particular attention to the relationship between the availability of houses and the capacity of the territory to welcome workers from both the public and private sectors. An increasingly important issue for the ability of businesses, services, and the territory to attract and retain people and professionals.
The project FARE CASA by Fondazione Trentino Abitare will also be presented: a proposal designed for those who own an unoccupied housing unit and would like to make it available without directly dealing with all the complexities of renting.
The project includes the direct management of the property and the support of the owner in technical, administrative, and management aspects, with the aim of reducing the risks associated with rental and making it easier and safer to make one's home available. A concrete way to facilitate the meeting between those who have a property and those who, in Val di Fiemme, are looking for a housing solution.
If you have an unoccupied house and are considering renting it out, this evening could be the opportunity to learn about a concrete tool designed to support and protect you at every stage.
