They called me Tina is a story of dreams, love, revolution, and choices. A show that seeks to bring together the thousand lives of Tina Modotti, making her a true revolutionary. Not only in photography, not only in politics. But in life. A tribute to a great artist, worker, actress, photographer, anti-fascist, and militant in the international communist party; a woman who traversed life without ever betraying her fighting instincts, dedicated to the service of freedom and rebelling against the conventions of her time and the censorship of the dictatorships that inflamed the world between the First and Second World Wars. But it is also a tribute to the meetings that happen out of sync, to the lives that brush against each other and yet, together, define themselves.
