Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 8.30 p.m., at LA STAZIONE / cultural destination Predazzo, there will be a free training meeting "Nutrition and Sports in Youth Age," promoted by Rookie Academy in collaboration with FisicaMente and under the patronage of the Trentino FISI Committee - Italian Winter Sports Federation.
The appointment is part of the annual program of initiatives promoted by Rookie Academy throughout 2026, through which the Academy aims to offer the community opportunities for information, training, and discussion dedicated to the growth of young people, sports, school, and well-being.
This is a path that aims to go beyond activities directly aimed at young people, opening itself to the community and all local realities involved, in the belief that supporting the growth of young people requires the involvement and collaboration of multiple subjects.
At the center of the meeting on September 30 will be a particularly important and current theme: nutrition in youth age and its relationship with sports practice.
The meeting will be conducted by Dr. Teresa Giacomelli, dietitian from FisicaMente, and particular attention will be dedicated to meal management in relation to training schedules, school commitments, and daily life.
This appointment does not represent an isolated initiative, but is part of a broader project that Rookie Academy is carrying out during 2026, through appointments dedicated to various themes concerning the growth, training, and well-being of young people.
Rookie Academy APS and ASD was founded with the aim of guiding girls and boys in their growth journey, with particular attention to student-athletes and those who need to balance school, sports, and numerous daily commitments.
The invitation is extended to young people and their families, to school institutions and teachers, to associations and sports clubs, to coaches and trainers, to professionals who work daily with young people, to institutions, administrators, and political representatives of the territory, as well as, of course, to all citizens interested in the topic.
The evening is free and open to all.
