The walk, about 6 km long, winds through woods, meadows, and rocky stretches, enriched by artistic installations and unique natural views. With the guidance of a local escort, participants will discover historical and natural curiosities, eventually reaching Faedo, where a convivial stop and a visit to the Church of Sant’Agata (12th century) is planned. The event will conclude with the return to Masen and final greetings.

On Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 2 PM to 6 PM, Valternigo di Giovo opens its doors to history and local traditions. After gathering at the Civic Center, the guided walk will lead participants to the gardens of the Torre della Rosa, a medieval remnant of Castel Giovo. The visit will continue to the Cà del Pasöl, a rural building from the early 20th century, where original furnishings, cellars can be admired, and stories of family life can be heard. In the courtyard, a typical snack with tart, Müller Thurgau, and local syrups will be available. The itinerary will continue to the area called “Tenda” and Segonzano, the site of ancient Napoleonic battles, leading to the evocative Church of San Floriano.
