Discovering the historic center of Daiano.
Daiano is one of the smallest towns in Val di Fiemme, but it also boasts the most hours of sunshine.
In the village stands out the onion-shaped bell tower of the Gothic church of San Tommaso, built in 1761. From the oldest houses, sacred frescoes can be seen. The buildings have the typical architectural features of the valley, such as the fountains made of monoliths that adorn the streets, or the “Romana” house, also known as the “Castle,” which is also Gothic and imposing, or the wooden houses, which have a very austere and rustic appearance.
The walk, lasting about an hour and a half, starts from the square in front of the municipality of Ville di Fiemme and takes place even in bad weather.
