When, in order to renovate one's residence and cope with unexpected expenses, one is forced not only to move into a rental property but also to find a tenant to share the apartment, some problems can always occur. But what if the agency in charge, due to a trivial misunderstanding, triggered a series of events in the house that jeopardized one's reputation? And what if, as if that weren't enough, one had to hide the background from the nosy concierge and her amused and sly husband? The fact is that one misunderstanding leads to another, making it truly despairing for the protagonists and the audience to emerge unscathed!
