Yellow-comic adaptation by Stefano Maestrelli of the classic "Huit Femmes" by Robert Thomas, curated by the "Argento Vivo" Company from Cognola.
The story is set in the 1950s, in the French countryside, on Christmas Eve. A large and quarrelsome wealthy family gathers in their secluded mansion to spend the holidays together.
Everything seems to foreshadow yet another Christmas filled with arguments and tensions, but a tragic event upends daily life, uncovering a Pandora's box of long-held grievances, unsuspected secrets, and deceptive subterfuges.
A story at the crossroads of mystery, comedy, and tragedy, where playful and ironic moments contrast with plot twists, suspense, and an underlying melancholy.
