An excellent location to enjoy the Natural Park of Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino. The menu includes polenta, melted cheese, tosella cheese, mushrooms and traditional desserts.
Malga Bocche is located at 1.946 m in a very panoramic place that reveals a unique view on the Pale di San Martino and the Natural Park of Paneveggio. The 5 km-long walk to the malga starts from the arrival of the cablecar Bellamonte 3.0 and passes through pastures and impressive spruces of the Natural Park.
Malga Bocche offers typical dishes: polenta, melted cheese, "tosella" (a local cheese), mushrooms and cakes from the local tradition. The polenta is still cooked in a copper pot just like our grandparents used to do!
Open in summer only - the mountain hut is open until 21st September 2025.
